Who am I?

My name is Tim, and I live in Charleston, South Carolina. In October of 2025, I married my best friend at Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, a place that reflects so much of what I value about life, family, tradition, community, and great golf. That season of life represents who I am at my core. I care deeply about partnership. In my marriage, in my friendships, and in my professional world, I believe the strongest foundations are built on trust, respect, and shared growth. We are also welcoming a golden retriever puppy named Watson, which feels like the perfect start to this next chapter.

At the heart of who I am is a genuine passion for building relationships in every environment I step into. Whether it is Liam, the guy behind the front desk at the gym I see every morning, a colleague or client in my professional life, or someone I get randomly paired with on the golf course, I value connection. I believe relationships are everything. They are the foundation of opportunity, growth, and long term success.

Before my corporate career, I spent six years working in a restaurant kitchen. That experience shaped me in ways I did not fully understand at the time. Kitchens demand discipline, teamwork, and resilience. I built relationships with people from completely different walks of life and developed a love for cooking that I still carry with me today. Cooking is something I do every single day. It keeps me grounded, creative, and present.

And then there is golf. Golf is not just a game to me. It is discipline, humility, patience, and connection all in one. It challenges you, exposes you, and forces you to improve. You cannot shortcut your way to being good at it. You have to practice. You have to stay patient. You have to own your mistakes. That mirrors how I approach life and business.

Professionally, I have built my career around partnership selling, revenue growth, and leadership. I am beyond passionate about building strategic relationships that create value for everyone involved. But if I am honest, something has felt missing. I am very good at what I do. I have succeeded across industries and delivered measurable results. Yet I have not always felt deeply connected to the industries themselves.

I am at a turning point in my life. Personally, I am building a family and a future that I am incredibly proud of. Professionally, I want that same alignment. I want to combine what I am naturally wired to do, build partnerships, drive growth, and lead people, with something I genuinely care about. I believe fulfillment comes when passion and profession intersect. That is the gap I am ready to close. That is the next chapter I am intentionally pursuing.

That is who I am. A husband. A relationship builder. A competitor. A soon to be dog dad. And someone committed to building a life where passion and profession finally come together.
